We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper administration or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines. Always adhere to the manufacturer's instructions for use and storage.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail and offer several delivery options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Orders placed before 15:45, Monday to Thursday, will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 15:45 will be shipped the next working day.
• Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be shipped the next working day, unless you select Saturday Delivery and place your order before 15:45 on Friday.
• We do not ship orders after 11:00 on Saturday or on Sunday. Any orders placed during these times will be shipped the next working day.
